Welcome and thank you for stopping by! I’m the author of the American Beauty series, and my first novel, Thirty Nights, comes out on November 17, 2015. Although I’ve written since I was nine, it wasn’t until three years ago that I finally put pen to paper (or rather fingers on the keyboard) and started my first novel. Why on earth did I wait so long? Oh, I don’t know—boys, college, law school, billable hours, family, HBO… Whatever the reason, I’m so glad I started. Because in this amazing journey, I have met readers who became friends, critics who became mentors, challenges that became lessons, and dreams that became reality.

But, above all, I learned not to wait so long the next time. I hope you don’t either.
